June Academy-- Relaxing Your Reptilian Brain

Dear Client Facilitator:
As a facilitator, understanding how the brain functions is vital to engaging your participants early in your workshop.  As soon as they enter your program, your participants' reptilian brain--the part of the brain responsible for our fight or flight instinct--is on full tilt.  Your first task as a facilitator is to calm this reptilian brain so learning can occur.
In this month's Academy offering, Scott Miller shares tips on how to calm the reptilian brain and ease the subconscious anxiety in your participants.
