Franklin Covey Co. Launches InSights On Demand: Online Courses Make Powerful World-Renowned Content Available to Organizations and Employees on Their Time, Within Budget

Franklin Covey's Insights On Demand: Self-Paced, Online Courses Feature Video Modules Which Focus on 15 Core Workplace Competencies

SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Franklin Covey Co. (NYSE: FC) today announced the launch of InSights On Demand™, the newest addition to the company's suite of online learning solutions.

The online courses feature the company’s powerful, world-renowned content in the form of short, web-based, video-rich training modules. These self-paced, online courses are ideal for organizations who want to boost their employees’ skill sets, enhance their job performance or reinforce current training initiatives, but who do not have the budget or the time available to allow employees to attend live-training.

"For training managers who struggle to reach a large or distributed team with high-quality, cost-effective training, Franklin Covey's InSights On Demand provides a flexible, self-paced approach to online learning that allows organizations to train their employees on their time," said Matt Murdoch, Global Director of Online Learning, Franklin Covey, and co-author of the new book, The Learning eXPLOSION: 9 Rules to Ignite Your Virtual Classrooms. "Unlike traditional computer-based training, the online courses are built around our award-winning videos, which continue to impact learners in deep and meaningful ways. And, because there are several pricing models available, organizations can build a flexible training plan that fits within their budget."

Individual employees, teams and entire organizations can choose to access one online course, several or all 63. The online courses are built around 15 of the most common workplace competencies, which allow them to be easily integrated into any existing training initiative. Those competencies are:

Franklin Covey's InSights On Demand allows organizations to offer their employees direct access to Franklin Covey’s content, especially to those who may never have had the opportunity to experience it. Whether used as a blended-training approach, as stand-alone training, for self-study application or to reinforce current learning initiatives in a way that is scalable and cost-effective, they provide the optimum learning environment available for online learning success.
“Managers can customize specific training for individual employees, allowing them to obtain the necessary competencies and skills that will enhance their overall team and organizational performance. Employees can then report back to the manager on what they have learned and how they will apply the learning,” said Treion Muller, Chief e-Learning Architect, Franklin Covey, and co-author of the new book, The Learning eXPLOSION: 9 Rules to Ignite Your Virtual Classrooms.

Franklin Covey InSights may also be used for training teams in a leader-led format. Any leader or manager can use the courses to strengthen and develop their team. The Runaround Dilemma

Because we don't know what is really important to us, everything seems important.

Because everything seems important, we have to do everything.

Other people, unfortunately, see us as doing everything, so they expect us to do everything.

Doing everything keeps us so busy, we don't have time to think about what is really important to us.
